“I heard a noise in the dumpster—and found one tiny life still holding on”: A late-night trash run turns into a harrowing cat rescue mission and an unbreakable bond

Not all cat rescues have the sweetest beginnings to them, and this story is most certainly one of those. The cruelty of hoomans is something that truly astounds the mind and makes the soul wretch, but as callous as some hoomans can be, others are just as benevolent and kind, if not more. And thankfully that was the nature of our heroic rescuer who innocently took her bins out one day and discovered that there was far more than trash knocking around the communal trash cans.

The rest of the story we will not spoil for you, as it is well worth the read, but we will say that this serves as a reminder that the Cat Distribution System works in many ways. And those who think that it only delivers fresh felines who are ready to take on their new life with all four paws, are sorely mistaken. But much like the deities that so many pray to, the Cat Distribution System will never give you more than you can handle. You just have to trust in the process.
